Two pairs of gloves
One woolly hat
One spoon
These are the list of items - so far, that Anirud has manage to lose at school in the past two weeks. At this rate, we are clueless as where this would stop. The only reason he hasn't lost anything else is because he wasn't carrying anything else to school (except his lunch box, of course). Obviously, Anirud is in need of lessons on safe keeping.
We have done away with wooly hat already. Also, we have switched to £1 gloves instead of the good quality ones he was having earlier.

I think its too much to expect such young kids to keep track of their things amidst all the chaos. Ashu once even lost her jacket and then the next day we got it back because another girl in her class wore it home by mistake. I suggest you label every piece of clothing with his name. And Im sure the school will have a lost and found bin. at the end of the year, i usually find 20 single gloves of different colors in that bin! :D
Dear Chakra,
In my kid's schools,we are asked to stick the label on all the items which my kid is carrying. My kid has lost almost 10 pairs of HAIRCLIPS so far. I am buying HairClips as monthly provision.
Ofcourse for the gloves, you can Stich a mark.

Thanks for your comments. No sooner than I published this post, anirud brought back all the items he lost, from the 'lost & found' bin at school.
Yeah, we do label every possible item of his clothing. Sometimes, we tend to miss out on the accessories though.
Thanks.
